How Your Ad Works: Specifications Guide
Once you purchase your ad space, we’ll guide you through a simple process to get your campaign up and running as quickly as possible.
Physical Advertisement (Sticker)
Design: You must send us your information, your print-ready designs, or your sticker.
Format: Designs must be rectangular or square, conforming to the size specifications we will provide.
Announcement (Video)
Video: You must send us your information, or your promotional video.
Specifications: The video must not exceed 30 seconds in length or be larger than 10 MB.
Activating your Campaign
Once your space rental is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed notification with all the information you need to proceed, including the exact specifications for your stickers and/or videos.
It’s essential that you send us your content (video, sticker, or information) as soon as possible. This will allow us to assign a publication date and ensure your ad goes live without delay.

frequently asked questions
If i rent a space and I have my sticker or my video ready, how long would it take before my ad goes out on the route on the ice cream truck?
The fact that you have the stiker or video ready does not allow us to tell you when the ad will go out on the ice cream truck route. But if you have already sent it to us and we have confirmed that it fits our criteria then at that moment we can tell you the date that it will be displayed on the ice cream truck route because it also depends on the spaces we have available, so it varies from ad to ad.
If I rent a space, whether it is for 4 or 8 weeks, do I only pay for the rental of the space or do I have to pay for anything else?
If your space rental is for 4 weeks or 8 weeks you will only pay for the rent of the advertisement space, you will not pay for the printing of the sticker or creation of the Kad style video. But you must send us the image that will be printed on the sticker or the information/images that we require for the Kad style video.
What is the information that is required to create a sticker or KAD-style video?
the color codes, images, recorded clips, texts, logo and QR code etc.
what is the digital Element?
digital element, is online/digital space where clients will have the opportunity to advertise their business.
We offer our customers who have rented a space on the ice cream truck the opportunity to advertise on Digital Element for free. We take care of advertising your business on Digital Element no need to do anything on your end.
After your subscription ends you will have the opportunity to continue to advertise your business on digital element at a low cost.
