We will need you to send us your information: Colors, photos and/or video clips, QR code, business logo and the texts that you want on your ad
What if you don’t have a logo and/or QR code?
If you would like us to make you a logo or a provisional QR code, tell us and we will do it for you for free.
The video or sticker will be ready in 5 to 9 days after receiving the required information. Before finalizing the video or sticker you will have an opportunity to review it and give your approval.

If I am missing something when sending my information, what happens?
We will send you another link until we check and confirm that we already have everything to provide you with our service.
What is an image for a sticker and/or an image for Elemento Digital?
We create images and they are for 2 different services
- we create an digital image and send it to be printed to create a sticker ad
- we create an digitial image and send it to digital element
both are created in a similar manner, just for different services.
What if I send a sticker and it isn't the correct size, what happens?
This a real possibility, and the display of your advertisement could be delayed. That is why we take care of the printing of the stickers. If this does happen and the size of the sticker is not the correct one, we will ask you to send us the digital image of the ad and we will print it.
